Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus, including daily specials, to ensure variety and quality.
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and resolve any personnel issues.
- Oversee the entire food preparation, cooking, and presentation process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage kitchen stock, monitor ingredient quality, minimize waste, and oversee ordering.
- Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide guidance to other kitchen staff, mentor junior cooks, and maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.

Requirement:
- Minimum OND
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
