Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals that meet the client expectations. Daily tasks will include menu planning, food preparation, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The Chef will also manage ingredients inventory, collaborate with staff to ensure efficient operations, and adapt menus for special dietary needs or preferences.
Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of menu planning and creating dishes for diverse dietary needs
• Experience in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Proficiency in managing and organizing kitchen inventory and supplies
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary certification or relevant hospitality training is a plus
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is highly desirable
