Chartered Financial Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Manage budgets, monitor operational and capital expenditures, and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow planning, treasury activities, and banking relationships.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory taxes, including CIT, VAT, WHT, and PAYE
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Supervise the Operational Accountant and review financial transactions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Provide financial analysis on company performance and project profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or CPA).
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in financial accounting or management reporting.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property development is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
