Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Channel Sales Lead for a full-time role based in Ikeja. The Channel Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth through building and managing a strong network of channel partners. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities, fostering relationships, ensuring strong customer service, and collaborating across teams to provide tailored solutions. The role requires proactive management of sales targets, market analysis, and assisting channel partners in achieving operational and revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities

·      Building and managing relationships with sales partners across regions and channels

·      Driving sales, revenue growth, and profitability

·      Expanding the partner network and product reach

·      Achieve revenue targets through sales channels and partnerships

·      Identify, onboard, and manage OEMs and distribution partners

·      Develop product strategies, pricing, and go-to-market plans

·      Monitor product performance and improve underperforming products

·      Lead and manage teams to drive performance

·      Develop sales strategies using market insights and data

·      Oversee operations and improve business processes

·      Track KPIs and conduct performance audits


Key Result Areas

·      Market expansion and penetration

·      Revenue growth and performance management

·      Team leadership and development

·      Execution of go-to-market strategies

·      Continuous improvement in service delivery


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 4+ years in senior management
  • 5+ years in B2B/B2C sales management
  • Experience in channel/distribution management
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and financial skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive growth
  • Experience in franchising or merchant acquisition (additional advantage)
