Tasks

Increase the market share and facilitate business expansion, aligning with the regional strategic plans through the channel partner network. Cultivate and enhance the network of channel partners and resellers within the Nigerian market. Uncover and develop new market opportunities, establishing additional distribution channels and reseller networks. Collaborate with the Sales team and channel partners to create sales proposals, quotations, and define competitive pricing strategies. Elevate sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer service standards across the territory. Oversee the sales pipeline, accurately forecast monthly sales, and identify potential new business ventures. Serve as a distinguished representative of the company to all stakeholders, both internally and externally. Maintain up-to-date customer information within the CRM system, diligently follow up on leads, and progress opportunities. Coordinate project development from inception to sale closure, liaising between channel partners and the Sales Support/Technology teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or Sales. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of specialization. Fluent communication skill in English language. Good research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities. Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes. Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information. Strong decision-making skills.
