Role Overview:
The Change Manager / Integration Execution Lead will play a critical role within the Project PMO, responsible for driving execution across 20 workstreams, delivering integration plans. This role will ensure that workstream leads are aligned, accountable, and actively progressing against agreed milestones, while proactively addressing bottlenecks and enforcing delivery discipline.
The role combines change management, program execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring integration objectives are achieved in line with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration Execution & Workstream Governance
- Drive execution across 20 workstreams, ensuring alignment with the Integration Master Plan.
- Monitor delivery of integration plans, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Hold workstream leads accountable for progress, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Establish and enforce structured governance rhythms (weekly reviews, checkpoints, status tracking).
2. Program Governance & Master Planning
- Support execution of the 24-month Integration Master Plan across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to L1/L2 milestones aligned with strategic and operational targets.
- Maintain structured integration frameworks and reporting cadence.
3. Dependency & Interface Management
- Identify, track, and actively manage interdependencies across workstreams.
- Act as escalation point for cross-functional issues, bottlenecks, and delays.
- Facilitate coordination between technical, operational, and functional teams.
4. Change Management & Adoption
- Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of integration initiatives.
- Coordinate change requests across workstreams, ensuring impact assessment and approvals.
- Drive communication and engagement strategies to support organizational transition.
5. Risk, Issue & Performance Management
- Maintain and manage a centralized risk and issue register.
- Proactively identify risks and enforce mitigation actions across workstreams.
- Track and ensure closure of key issues impacting integration delivery.
6. Synergy & KPI Tracking
- Monitor synergy delivery in collaboration with Finance and Value Capture teams.
- Track ~200 integration KPIs across operational, financial, and people metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting from all workstreams.
7. Executive Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards for ExCo and Steering Committee visibility.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting on progress, risks, and performance.
- Highlight key decisions required and escalate critical issues.
8. Operating Model & Organizational Transition
- Coordinate transition activities toward the new operating model.
- Support workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure alignment between integration activities and organizational design.
9. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a key liaison between Workstream Leads, IMO, PMO, and Executive Sponsors.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making.
- Prepare and support Executive Committee (ExCo) and Steering Committee meetings.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience in Change Management, PMO, or Program Delivery
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or integration programs
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams (15–20+) simultaneously
- Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) or complex transformation programs is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and hold senior stakeholders accountable
