We are looking for a CCTV Operative who will be responsible for monitoring, safeguarding, and controlling access to the company’s CCTV systems, protecting company assets, ensuring staff safety, supporting investigations, and maintaining operational and security integrity in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems across all assigned branches.
- Detect, record, and report unusual, suspicious, or unlawful activities.
- Provide real-time alerts to security teams and management for quick response.
- Retrieve and archive video footage when required for investigations.
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning at all times by conducting regular checks.
- Maintain confidentiality of recorded footage and security information.
- Work closely with branch security staff and law enforcement when necessary.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance reports.
- Support loss prevention and internal investigations.
- Adhere strictly to company security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience as a CCTV Operative.
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems, security procedures, and surveillance software.
- Strong observation, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to remain alert and calm under pressure.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and discipline are mandatory.
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
