Responsibilities:
- Plan menus based on client needs, budget, and event type
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals (local and/or continental dishes)
- Purchase and manage food supplies and ingredients
- Ensure proper food presentation and portion control

- Set up, serve, and clean up at events

Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND (formal education may vary)
- Training or certification in catering/culinary arts is an advantage

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during events
