Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage customer transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payments, maintain proper records, and create a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash, cards, and other payment methods securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve basic customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Keep track of transactions and report discrepancies.
- Support store operations when needed (e.g., stocking, basic inventory tasks).
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in the OPIC Estate, Ogun State (or within proximity).
