Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash, POS, card, and transfer transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, process refunds, and maintain proper transaction records.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile sales at closing.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
- Adhere to company and client policies regarding cash handling and reporting.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
- Minimum of 2 years’ cashiering or teller experience.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Integrity, honesty, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be a resident in Kano and willing to work on-site with client organisations.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Ability to use inventory software, Excel, or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Hausa will be an added advantage.
