Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, POS transactions, receipts, and daily balancing
- Record all sales accurately (in-store + POS)
- Maintain updated inventory and manage stock-in/stock-out
- Perform weekly stock counts
- Track sketchpad production materials
- Upload new products on the website (name, price, pictures)
- Update product prices when needed
- Prepare daily and weekly sales/inventory reports
- Work closely with the store manager on approvals and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma certificate
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or inventory clerk
- Strong record-keeping & organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Must be honest, disciplined, and reliable
- Must live near Bariga or Akoka/Yaba
- Experience with product uploads or POS systems is preferred, but not mandatory
- Basic bookkeeping skills are preferred, but not mandatory
