The ideal candidate will handle all customer payments, issue receipts, reconcile daily sales, and ensure proper financial documentation. The role also involves working closely with the sales and accounting teams to maintain accurate records

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and record cash, transfer, or POS payments for bread sales.
- Issue receipts and ensure each transaction is accurately logged.
- Balance and reconcile daily sales records with the accountant or supervisor.
- Prepare daily cash summaries and deposit reports.
- Maintain proper custody of cash and ensure it is secured at all times.
- Verify and record all dispatch transactions and returns.
- Work closely with sales reps and dispatch staff to track product movement.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any payment-related inquiries politely.
- Report any cash discrepancies, shortages, or irregularities immediately.
- Support basic administrative or stock documentation when needed
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a cashier (preferably in a bakery, supermarket, or FMCG company).
- Strong numeracy and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems or Microsoft Excel.
- Honest, punctual, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
