Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Opening and approving customers’ accounts.
- Accepting daily cash collections.
- Lodging customer’s daily deposits.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Requirements:
- Possess SSCE or OND in Marketing, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Live around Ikeja Axis and be able to resume immediately.
- Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Patience, resilience, and Integrity.
