Role Description The CareHeal Team Member role is a part-time hybrid position based in Ibadan, with flexibility to perform some duties from home. Day-to-day tasks may include responding to user inquiries on the platform, guiding users to appropriate health resources, providing clear information based on established protocols, and escalating complex issues to clinical or technical specialists when necessary. The role involves documenting interactions, following data privacy and security guidelines, and collaborating with other team members to improve user experience and content quality. CareHeal Team Members may also assist with basic platform testing, feedback collection, and support for outreach or educational initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and empathetically.
• Interest or background in healthcare, public health, life sciences, or related fields; prior experience in a health or customer support setting is an advantage.
• Comfort working with digital tools, web platforms, and basic office software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines, especially regarding confidentiality, data protection, and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Residence in or ability to work regularly from Ibadan, with readiness to perform some tasks remotely as required.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in health-related, social science, or technology fields is beneficial.
