Job summary
We are a growing car dealership looking to hire a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Car Sales & Customer Experience Associate (Showroom Assistant) to manage daily showroom activities, attend to walk-in customers, and support car sales operations. This role combines customer service, basic car knowledge, and shop management. Female Preferred.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Welcome walk-in customers and attend to inquiries professionally
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, and basic specifications in a clear, honest manner
- Capture customer details and follow up on leads
- Assist with test drive coordination when required
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and trustworthy relationship with customers
Showroom/Shop Management:
- Open and close the showroom daily
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Monitor customer flow and manage walk-in traffic
- Keep basic records of visitors, inquiries, and sales conversations
Car Content & Learning:
- Learn about available cars (brands, models, features, pricing, condition)
- Assist in simple content creation (photos/videos of cars for WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- Share car details accurately with interested customers online and in person
Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic documentation and record-keeping
- Communicate daily activities and customer feedback to management
- Support general dealership operations as required
Requirements:
- Lives in Gwarimpa or very close by
- Friendly, well-spoken, and confident when talking to people
- Strong customer service mindset
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
- Willingness to learn about cars and dealership operations
- Prior experience in car sales, retail, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of cars (brands, models, features)
- Social media familiarity (WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Sales or persuasion skills
- Female candidate preferred
