We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Call Center Operator (Sales Department) to join our remote team.
In this role, you will work with inbound and outbound calls, selling products to interested customers, but including cold calling, and upsell health supplement products. You’ll be expected to:
- handle calls with confidence and excellent phone etiquette
- guide customers through the purchase process
- close sales and increase conversion
- maintain high performance across all sales metrics
- communicate with your Team Lead regarding order quality and client feedback
This is a full-time remote contract role.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette
- Proven experience in sales (preferably emotional sales or health-related products)
- Previous contact center experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to work remotely and independently, with starting date tomorrow
- Mandatory: personal working laptop, mobile phone, and stable internet connection
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good English proficiency; additional languages are a plus

- Introduction to your Team Lead.
