Hausa Call Center Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused call centre executive (Hausa Speaking) to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound communications, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints via telephone, email, live chat, and social media within agreed turnaround times.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex or regulatory-related issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Assist customers to place and complete orders in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer issues using applicable systems and support tools.
- Identify and report trends in customer complaints and escalate recurring issues to supervisors or stakeholders.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system in line with standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a call centre executive or in a similar role
- A minimum of a BSc in any discipline
- Candidates residing in Ikeja or nearby LGAs are preferred due to commuting time and transportation considerations
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, patient, and customer-friendly approach
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Hausa Language is required
