Call Center Agent (Voice/Bilingual)
Job summary
We are hiring Remote Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers. This role is for people who communicate clearly, and can stay calm under pressure. Being bilingual, is a strong advantage. You’ll be supporting customers across different regions, often acting as the human face of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution over the phone.
- Communicate clearly in English and a second language, as required.
- Listen actively, understand customer concerns, and respond with empathy.
- Document call details accurately in the system after each interaction.
- Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
- 3 years of previous experience in a call centre, customer service, sales, or support role.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional foreign language ( Very Important).
- Clear speaking voice, good diction, and strong listening skills.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high call volume environments.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems during calls.
- Experience in a remote call centre or virtual support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
- Sales, retention, or customer success experience.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Headset with noise cancellation and a reliable computer.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Self-discipline and reliability in a remote environment.
Renumeration: NGN 500,000 (Non-negotiable)
