Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural and professional tone.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotions when necessary.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: ND/HND/BSc
- 0-1 year experience
