Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes according to approved recipes and standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in taste and texture.
- Monitor the baking process to avoid underbaking or overbaking.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of baking tools and the work area.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients and support the production team when needed.
Requirement:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND.
- Basic experience in cake baking or pastry production.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Anthony, Lagos State.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – 80,000
