CABIN CREW INSTRUCTOR

Responsibilities:

• Producing and maintaining an up-to-date Training Needs Analysis for all approved cabin crew courses.
• Approving the initial issue and any subsequent changes to the training course material, notes, electronic presentation, lesson plans, study guides and examinations which are current to reflect relevant Regulations and industry best practice as required for cabin crew courses.
• Actively demonstrating leadership and the required interpersonal skills with other Training staff.
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Nig. CARs, and that the requirements are met and maintained for the cabin crew courses approved for this organization.
• Assisting the School with planning and scheduling of training courses.
• Actively assist in the school monitoring process and quality controls to ensure standards are met.
• The delivery of high-standard courses to Cabin Crew trainees, for which he/she is qualified.
• Producing training course material, notes, electronic presentations, lesson plans, study guides and examinations as required, for the Cabin Crew course for which he/she is qualified.
• Assists the Lead Instructor with proficiency drills training as required.
• Assists the Lead Instructor with Continuation Training as required.
• Works to the requirements and standards of the ATO and Training and Procedures Manual (TPM), and where necessary highlighting improvements to ensure they remain effective.
• Carries out examination invigilation duties and check marking where he/she is not actively involved in the instruction of that particular phase of examination.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess B.SC/HND in Science with a minimum of second class lower/lower credit
• Candidate must have a Cabin Crew License and appropriate ratings
• Age must be between 23-30 years
• Candidate must possess a WAEC Certificate with a minimum of 5 Credits (Including Mathematics and English)
• Candidate must have completed the NYSC Programme
• Candidate must have an NCAA Instructor's Authorization.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as cabin crew
• Candidate must be a Lead Crew or have purser experience
• Candidate must have an instructor rating from a NCAA recognized Institution and also teaching experience.
