Business/Branch Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and organized Business Manager to oversee the sales performance and day-to-day operations of branches of Jumbo Health & Wellness. This role is suited for a proactive leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving revenue growth, managing operations efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Performance:
- Oversee and drive branch sales performance to meet and exceed set targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and improve customer retention
- Monitor sales trends, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
Operations Management:
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high service standards
- Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and operational goals
- Coordinate staff schedules, performance evaluations, and on-the-job training
- Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and operational reports for management review
- Liaise with supply chain, warehouse, and head office teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions
Customer Experience & Compliance:
- Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
