Responsibilities:
- Ownership & Growth - Own revenue targets, budget, and profitability for your business unit.
- Strategy & Execution - Identify market opportunities, design new offers/services
- Revenue & Partnerships - Lead sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships. Build acquisition systems that scale.
- Team Leadership - Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performance team. Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and results.
- Customer & Market Expansion- Own the full customer lifecycle. Find new segments, new markets
- Innovation & Product Development - Test new products, models, and go-to-market strategies. You have the green light to experiment and iterate.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management- Report to senior leadership with clear metrics, insights, and forecasts. Operate with autonomy, not micromanagement
- Minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or any other related field of study
- Good communication skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- Good Sales and Commercial Skills - Track record of driving revenue growth, closing deals, and building partnerships.
- Strategic Thinking - Ability to spot opportunities, create strategy, and execute with speed.
