The Business Transformation Project Manager audits, modernizes, and automates internal operating structures to support rapid business scaling. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping: Analyze and map out existing banking processes across credit underwriting, account opening, customer service, and verification branches.
- Automation Engineering: Identify tasks suited for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), system integrations, and digital documentation workflows.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead transformation projects by coordinating across product, risk, legal, and operations divisions.
- Change Governance: Design operational playbooks, staff training schedules, and system-adoption metrics to ensure process upgrades stick.
- Efficiency Analytics: Track operating costs and Turnaround Times (TAT) to measure the explicit financial impact of operational changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business Strategy, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, business architecture, or operations re-engineering within financial services or tech companies.
- Mastery of process mapping software (Lucidchart, Visio), strong data analysis, and advanced stakeholder management skills.
