We are seeking a highly skilled Project Consultant to lead a critical, group-wide initiative focused on optimizing commercial performance, sales effectiveness, and digital adoption across diverse global markets. This is a high-impact, project-based role where you will define the future of our commercial strategy.


  • The Mission

The core mission is to drive commercial performance across the Group by co-defining, implementing, and monitoring best-in-class go-to-market strategies, salesforce effectiveness, customer segmentation, and digital commercial tools. This work is essential for ensuring profitable and sustainable growth across all countries and business lines, specifically within the Agricultural and Industrial/Chemical sectors.


  • Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Governance & Reporting

This role requires the development and implementation of commercial excellence frameworks, including best practice implementation and customer/channel segmentation for both Agricultural and Industrial/Chemical business lines. The consultant will be responsible for benchmarking against industry best practices and adapting strategies to local market realities. Furthermore, a key component of the role is governance, which involves consolidating commercial KPIs and performance dashboards, and leading regular commercial performance reviews with senior leadership.


2. Salesforce Effectiveness & Competency Development

The consultant will define and harmonize the salesforce structure, roles, and KPIs, and implement incentive schemes directly linked to revenue growth, margin, and cash collection. A major focus will be on capability building: defining and rolling out a structured Sales Academy framework. This includes specialized training programs for Sales teams and Industrial teams .


3. Key Account, Channel & Digital Management

The position involves co-designing and standardizing key account management models for strategic customers and distributors. The consultant will develop and execute channel strategies across all routes to market, including direct sales, distributors, retailers, and digital channels, while also strengthening customer loyalty programs and measuring customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score or NPS). A significant digital component is driving the adoption of commercial tools (e.g., CRM, D365, proprietary mobile sales applications, loyalty/e-voucher systems) and ensuring data quality, dashboards, and analytics are in place for real-time commercial decision-making.


  • What You Will Bring

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a senior Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy, or Management Consulting role, preferably within the or Industrial/Chemical sectors.


The ideal profile includes:

  • deep expertise in defining salesforce structures, incentive schemes, and commercial KPIs, coupled with a strong background in change management and developing large-scale commercial training and competency programs
  • expertise in digital commercialization, including CRM implementation (e.g., D365) and leveraging data for commercial decision-making, is essential.
  • exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse countries and business lines.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a strong asset.
