Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support in the formulation, execution, and tracking of business strategies, goals, and KPIs.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align projects and operations with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders summarizing strategic insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and industry best practices.
- Analyze data to forecast market trends and assess new business models or partnerships.
- Prepare detailed competitor and market intelligence reports to guide decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and financial data to identify performance gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for tracking progress on strategic KPIs.
- Support in developing business cases for new initiatives, products, or investments.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and prepare project updates for leadership.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on business priorities.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Support senior management in communicating strategy updates to staff, investors, or partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- 5-6 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, financial analysis, or corporate planning.
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry (e.g., consulting, technology, FMCG, financial services) preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and financial analysis).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools for executive presentations.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
