Business Performance Manager
Job summary
We are hiring a Business Performance Manager to drive execution, enforce accountability, and ensure the business consistently meets its revenue and operational targets. This role is strictly performance-driven. You will be responsible for both individual performance targets and oversight of team performance.

Responsibilities:
Performance Management & Execution:
- Translate company strategy into clear, measurable execution plans
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance across all teams
- Enforce strict KPI adherence and accountability systems
- Identify performance gaps and implement immediate corrective actions
Revenue & Growth Oversight:
- Monitor and optimize sales pipeline and revenue performance
- Drive improvements in conversion rates and deal velocity
- Ensure the business consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets
Operational Efficiency;
- Design, implement, and enforce SOPs across the organization
- Eliminate inefficiencies and improve turnaround time on deliverables
- Ensure high-quality and timely client service delivery
Data & Reporting:
- Build and manage performance dashboards
- Provide real-time insights on revenue, productivity, and operations
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership
Team Accountability:
- Set and monitor KPIs for all team members
- Drive a high-performance culture across departments
- Conduct regular performance reviews and enforce consequences where necessary
Client Performance Delivery:
- Oversee consulting engagements focused on business growth
- Ensure all client projects deliver measurable, trackable outcomes
Compensation Structure (Strict Performance Model):
- Remuneration: NGN 550,000/month
- The base salary is performance-dependent:100% of the salary is paid upon achieving at least 60% of the monthly target. Below 60% target achievement, the salary is prorated accordingly, 0% performance = ₦0 salary
- Individual Target: You will be assigned a monthly individual revenue/performance target, which you are directly responsible for achieving
- Team Performance Incentive: Earn 2% commission on team revenue only when team members meet their respective targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business consulting, operations, or performance management
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue or performance targets

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a consulting or professional services firm

Daily Expectations:
- Review KPI dashboards and revenue performance daily
- Track individual and team progress toward targets
- Conduct daily check-ins with team leads
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks immediately
- Ensure all revenue and operational activities are on track
