Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities and clients
- Building relationships with advertisers and organizations
- Promoting the firm's media services
- Identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities
- Negotiating business collaborations
- Supporting marketing and sales strategies
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Representing the company at events and meetings
- Earning agreed commissions, incentives, or other benefits based on the arrangement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, media, or customer relations; fresh graduates can also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and social media.\
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and digital skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and results-oriented.
