Business Operations Manager
Job summary
The business operations manager serves as the CEO's strategic execution partner, ensuring the successful implementation of business priorities, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and operational objectives. This role bridges strategy and execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, driving accountability, managing key projects, and ensuring that business opportunities and executive commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Lead the execution of the CEO's strategic initiatives, business priorities, and operational objectives.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, accountability, and alignment across departments.
- Coordinate commercial opportunities, partnerships, client engagements, and business development activities from initiation to completion.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, proposals, business cases, strategic plans, and other high-level business documents.
- Organize executive meetings by preparing briefing materials, documenting action items, tracking decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
- Monitor organisational performance, strategic KPIs, and project milestones while recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Foster collaboration across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, and other business units to achieve organizational goals.
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings, stakeholder engagements, negotiations, and business communications.
- Manage the CEO's priorities by tracking commitments, coordinating follow-ups, and improving executive productivity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, economics, or a related discipline (an MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, project management, executive office, or similar leadership roles.
- Experience supporting senior executives and managing cross-functional business initiatives.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, business development, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI productivity tools, and project management software.

Location: VI, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 800,000 Monthly
