Job summary
We're a dynamic organization looking for a skilled Business Operational Manager to lead our operational efforts. Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Manage daily operations and lead teams
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Process Improvement:
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Drive change management and organizational development
Data Analysis:
- Analyze operational data to inform decisions
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Develop and implement business continuity plans
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate operational plans and progress to stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business operations, preferably in a leadership role
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence
- Knowledge of business operations and process improvement
- Certifications: Certification in business operations (e.g., CBOP) or related certification preferred
