The business manager is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, growth, and profitability of a ready-to-wear fashion business.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
- Position the brand competitively in local and international markets
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue growth
- Ensure profitability and sustainable cost management
- Monitor financial performance and report to the board
Brand & Creative Direction:
- Work closely with the Creative Director and design team to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain a strong brand identity aligned with market trends
- Approve major campaigns, collaborations, and product launches
Operations & Supply Chain:
- Oversee production, sourcing, quality control, and distribution
- Ensure operational efficiency from design to customer delivery
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
Marketing & Sales Oversight:
- Lead marketing strategy across digital, retail, and wholesale channels
- Drive e-commerce growth and retail expansion
- Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead team
- Foster a positive and high-performance company culture
- Ensure staff development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury brands
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Understanding of garment production will be an added advantage.
