Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced business manager to oversee the daily operations of Elandco Services Limited. The role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in managing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational discipline. The Business Manager will serve as the key link between staff and the Management

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and expand market presence.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong communication between staff and management to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, revenue, and key metrics to senior management.



Requirements:

  • Have proven experience in revenue-focused or target-based roles, preferably in sales, business development, or operations with clear KPIs.
  • Be able to demonstrate past success in meeting or exceeding financial or sales targets, backed by tangible results.
  • Be highly proactive and self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision while still delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and enforce discipline across teams.
  • Be data-oriented, able to track performance metrics and make decisions based on reports and trends.
  • Be firm yet diplomatic in handling staff performance, conflict resolution, and accountability.
  • Have excellent organizational skills, capable of coordinating multiple departments simultaneously.
  • Be comfortable working under pressure, especially in high-demand or fast-paced environments.
  • Be tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and communication tools.
  • Be willing to work beyond standard office hours when required to meet business goals.
