Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and expand market presence.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain strong communication between staff and management to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, revenue, and key metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Have proven experience in revenue-focused or target-based roles, preferably in sales, business development, or operations with clear KPIs.
- Be able to demonstrate past success in meeting or exceeding financial or sales targets, backed by tangible results.
- Be highly proactive and self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision while still delivering measurable outcomes.
- Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and enforce discipline across teams.
- Be data-oriented, able to track performance metrics and make decisions based on reports and trends.
- Be firm yet diplomatic in handling staff performance, conflict resolution, and accountability.
- Have excellent organizational skills, capable of coordinating multiple departments simultaneously.
- Be comfortable working under pressure, especially in high-demand or fast-paced environments.
- Be tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and communication tools.
