Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Review, test, and validate Power BI reports and dashboards for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
- Ensure KPIs and financial metrics align with defined business logic
- Support the transition from legacy reports to standardized, modern dashboards
- Assist with executive and operational reporting across manufacturing clients
- Design and maintain a centralized report directory and data catalog
- Act as a translator between technical data and business insight
- Create reusable templates, dashboards, and documentation to support the onboarding of new clients
- Contribute to building a scalable analytics operating model as the firm grows
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data models, measures, visuals, and validation
- Experience working with financial and operational data
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply‑chain‑driven environments is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, JobBoss, NetSuite, or similar is preferred
- Exposure to data governance or analytics standards frameworks is preferred
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities is preferred
