The Business Development and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving customer acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, supporting marketing activities, and promoting the company's products and services to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new POF and lending customers.
- Develop and manage agent and business partnerships.
- Generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
- Work with the Digital Marketing Officer to create and publish content.
- Support the management of social media platforms and online engagement.
- Represent the company at relevant events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Promote the company's products and services through both online and offline channels.
Customer Engagement:
- Support email marketing campaigns and referral programmes.
- Monitor customer feedback and maintain positive client relationships.
- Respond to enquiries and reviews promptly.
Reporting:
- Attend weekly meetings and provide regular activity reports.
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and targets.
- Provide recommendations to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and achieve the target
Remuneration: NGN150,000 -200, 000 per month.
