Job summary
We are looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals to work as Business Growth Partners to help expand the growth of our organization
Job descriptions & requirements
- Client Growth: Identify and engage individuals/businesses that need solutions to organizational challenges
- Consultative Selling: Understand client goals and recommend the right solutions
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive our organization's retention
- Market Expansion: Represent the company at events, assessments, and outreach programs to expand our reach in Lagos.
- Performance Tracking: Meet weekly/monthly growth and revenue targets while keeping accurate records of interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in any field. SSCE with a strong drive is also considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. You must be confident speaking with all age groups.
- Self-motivated, target-driven,
- Basic smartphone and internet skills. Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and simple CRM tools.
- No experience required — we’ll train you. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must reside in or be willing to work within Lagos.
