Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within all centers in Nigeria
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, potential clients and strategic partnerships
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives within the region to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and drive business growth
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the business network within the region.
