Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Growth and Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen and accelerate the growth of enterprises across the LoveWorld commerce ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting.

- Develop and execute enterprise growth strategies aligned with the Department's vision and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives for Strategic Business Organizations.
- Design and implement scalable business models that improve sustainability and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide advisory support to entrepreneurs and business leaders on growth planning and operational excellence.
- Develop frameworks that enhance business performance and organizational capacity.
- Coordinate enterprise acceleration and business development programs.
- Guide businesses through scaling initiatives and market entry strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with investors, development organizations, government agencies, and private-sector stakeholders.

- Represent the Department at relevant business forums, conferences, and networking engagements.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement across enterprise development initiatives.
- Monitor project outcomes and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth programs.
- Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Develop training initiatives and mentorship programs that strengthen business capabilities.
- Organize workshops and enterprise development sessions for entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise growth, strategy, consulting, or commercial management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, investment ecosystems, or enterprise development programs is highly desirable.
