Job Summary
The Business Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Adron Homes and Properties Ltd by identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s real estate products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires proactive prospecting, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to achieve set sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market Adron Homes’ real estate products to new and existing clients.
Prospect for potential clients through cold calls, field marketing, social media, and networking events.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the Business Manager or Regional Head.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate information about properties, payment plans, and promotional offers.
Organize and participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and property tours.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Business Manager.
Represent Adron Homes positively in all interactions with clients and the public.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and real estate developments.
Support the team in executing regional marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
1–3 years of sales or marketing experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media marketing tools.
Goal-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
