Job Title: Business Development Unit Lead

Salary: ₦400,000 monthly (gross)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos


Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of HIFU and IVF services by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about healthcare services, with strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HIFU and IVF services in Lagos and Abuja.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Collaborate with the agency to design and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Represent our clients at events, conferences, and outreach programs to promote services.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track conversion rates.
  • Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent client experience.

Achieve and exceed business development targets.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Good understanding of healthcare industry dynamics (an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
