Role Description
Dmidaf Global Consult LTD is recruiting on behalf of a reputable real estate company for the position of Business Development Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales, marketing, client acquisition, and business development initiatives. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, generating revenue, developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
The Business Development Manager will oversee the performance of Sales Executives, provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, and ensure the achievement of organizational sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, extensive real estate experience, and a proven track record of building successful sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong experience in client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Abuja real estate market.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
This role offers a monthly remuneration of ₦300,000, inclusive of commissions on sales generated.
