Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Lagos, requires a Business Development Specialist to identify and pursue business opportunities to support the growth of DonJed Energy. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales and business goals. The role allows for partial remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess business performance, and propose actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or renewable energy is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
