Job summary

The Business Development Representative (Female) will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, tenders, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence reporting.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies, business models, and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Collaborate with technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment on proposals and service delivery.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve business growth and brand visibility.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Must have just completed NYSC
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, client management, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business opportunities.
