Business Development & Property Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage landlords, property managers, agencies and short-let operators.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, online research and field prospecting.
• Introduce Thinplex and explain its value to prospective partners.
• Conduct demos and guide prospects through account setup, verification and property onboarding.
• Follow up consistently until qualified properties are successfully live on Thinplex.
• Build relationships with agencies and operators managing multiple units.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and onboarding progress.
• Meet agreed weekly activity targets and a monthly target of 30 verified live property units.

Requirements:

• Minimum OND/NCE qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, real estate, customer acquisition or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with cold calling and speaking to business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building ability.
• Comfortable working towards targets.
• Able to use WhatsApp, smartphones, web applications and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian real-estate or short-let market is an advantage.
• Existing relationships with landlords, agencies or short-let operators are an added advantage.

Compensation:

• Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly
• Monthly target: 30 verified live units
• NGN 5,000 commission for every verified live unit above 30
• For example, 35 units = ₦175,000 total, while 40 units = ₦200,000 total.
