Job summary
The Business Development Personnel will leverage their existing relationships and deep industry knowledge to accelerate FARA's growth within the Nigerian construction ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess extensive networks among developers, contractors, consultants, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, and construction firms.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify, engage, and onboard contractors, developers, consultants, project owners, and construction companies onto the FARA platform.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with industry associations, real estate developers, EPC firms, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Generate Sales Pipeline: Source, qualify, and convert high-value leads while developing a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Provide Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and major construction projects, and recommend strategies for market expansion.
- Deliver Measurable Results: Meet onboarding and partnership targets, maintain a database of key industry contacts, and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Leverage Industry Experience: Bring at least 3 years of business development experience in Nigeria's construction, real estate, engineering, or building materials sector, supported by a strong industry network and excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
