 We are expanding our 2026 Honorary Doctorate & Leadership Recognition Programme in London and are seeking well-connected professionals across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth to support candidate identification and engagement.

Role Description

This is a remote, flexible role for a Local Sales & Research Associate / Business Development Partner. The Partner will be responsible for identifying influential leaders, researching qualified candidates, presenting the Honorary Doctorate & Global Recognition Programme, and guiding nominees through the application and vetting process.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting targeted research, consulting with potential candidates, providing program information, supporting documentation processes, developing community partnerships, and driving participation in the 2026 ceremony. The role is commission-based and ideal for highly connected individuals with a proactive, diplomatic, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, networking, and relationship-building skills with access to influential circles
• Expertise in consulting, stakeholder engagement, or protocol to manage candidate interactions professionally
• Proficiency in sales and business development to identify qualified prospects and close opportunities
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a high-level environment
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in consulting, PR, business development, protocol, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not compulsory.
