The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through new and existing business channels. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful business outcomes\
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the relevant industry sector (Preferred)
- Knowledge of market analysis and financial forecasting (Preferred)
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills (Preferred)
