Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and driving loan sales to achieve business targets.
- Promote loan products and services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and loan disbursement targets
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (experience in microfinance or loan marketing is an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
