Job summary
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for facility management services including cleaning, maintenance, security and MEP.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue leads among corporate clients, estates, schools, and commercial properties.
- Prepare proposals, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Build relationships with facility managers and procurement teams.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored FM solutions.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.
- Will also work as an executive assistant to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management, cleaning, or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing contracts.
- Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the FM market and client landscape is an advantage.
