Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
- Lead negotiations and close real estate and financing-related deals
- Coordinate and facilitate mortgage services provision for clients
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and business reports
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and performance metrics to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of mortgage services and real estate financing
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targetsĀ
- Previous banking or financial services experience
- Applicants should be between 25 and 40 years old.
