The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving sales, and expanding PWAN XTRA’s real estate market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives to support organizational growth and market expansion.
- Drive land sales and property marketing activities by developing effective sales strategies, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and converting opportunities into successful transactions.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders through consistent communication, exceptional customer service, and long-term engagement strategies.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities that can strengthen business positioning.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, business plans, and periodic sales reports to support decision-making, showcase company offerings, and communicate performance outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
